Rates

Out-of-Pocket & Sliding Scale
My out-of-pocket rate is currently $185 per session.

My sliding fee scale is available upon request with circulating availability — I keep a limited number of reduced-rate spots, and when one client transitions out, I open another.

The Green Bottle sliding scale is a great tool for determining where you might land on the sliding scale. It’s a flexible, self-selected model that allows you to choose a rate based on your financial reality — no verification required. This image by Alexis J. Cunningfolk illustrates the “three bottles” metaphor (full, half-full, empty) to help you gauge your level.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
I’m also in-network with two Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)BPA and ComPsych.
EAPs aren’t insurance, but employer-sponsored benefits that cover a set number of counseling sessions at no cost to you. If your employer partners with one of these programs, you may be eligible to see me through your EAP.

Each bottle contains statements describing financial habits and resources, ranging from basic needs meeting to financial burdens and limitations.
